Annual general meeting

At the annual general meeting Pragmatica Holding’s shareholders approved all Board of Director agenda items. Elected to the Board as major shareholder representatives were Prof. Eliyahu Kelman and Ido Raam. A CHF 3 million ordinary share capital increase was also approved, as was renaming the company as Global Natural Resources Holding Ltd. as part of the previously announced strategy extension.
